Applicants for positions listed in Group A must apply electronically, via the Iowa Reap website. See the link under Application Procedures. Group A positions include Administrative, Teaching, Instructional Support (Counselor, Media Specialist, Nurse, Coordinators), and Activities/Athletics.
Applicants for other positions should follow the instructions for Group B. Group B positions include Clerical, Associates, Maintenance/Custodial/Grounds, Food Service, Transportation, Information Technology, Supervisor, and all other positions.
Open positions are first posted in all facilities for the information of existing staff. Postions which are available to prospective external applicants are made public via this site, and in some instances, via newspaper and/or placement service listings on the Internet.
Complete files will be considered active for one year.
Pre-employment and post-employment random drug testing will be performed where required by law.
Applicants for positions requiring state licensure or authorizations are responsible for ensuring they possess or can attain the requisite certification.
