- Call or E-mail your building media specialist.
- Media Specialist will assist if possible.
- Media Specialist will file a work order for the district's technicians on unresolved problems.
- Media Specialists will phone in critical problems affecting large groups of users.
- The District Media secretary will contact the technician with problems requiring immediate attention.
- Technician will work from the work order database and will prioritize the order of service based on the recommendations of the media specialist.
- Technician will resolve the problem or send to another agency for repair.
