    Steps to Tech Help

    1. Call or E-mail your building media specialist.
    2. Media Specialist will assist if possible.
    3. Media Specialist will file a work order for the district's technicians on unresolved problems.
    4. Media Specialists will phone in critical problems affecting large groups of users.
    5. The District Media secretary will contact the technician with problems requiring immediate attention.
    6. Technician will work from the work order database and will prioritize the order of service based on the recommendations of the media specialist.
    7. Technician will resolve the problem or send to another agency for repair.
